Product description:
Flexible welding rope is made of hard-phase (such as Cast Wc, Cemented carbide etc.) and self-fluxing nickel-based alloy on the nickel wire by extruding methods. Cast Wc / Cemented carbide has high hardness and excellent weal resistance. Self fluxing nickel-based alloy has spherical or nearly spherical shape, and high wettability with Cast WC / Cemented carbide.
The welding layer has an extremely effective protection against erosion and abrasive attack. Typically used in mining, drilling, agricultural equipment as well as chemical and food processing industries etc.
NOTE: The particle size and category of hard-face can be customized according to customer requirements.
