Introduction of brazing materials

1. Specialized brazing materials for diamond tool industry

Application:

Suitable for brazing of diamond tools such as circular saws, row saws, chain saws, honing bars, thin-walled drills, grinding discs, rollers, grinding wheels and so on.

2. Specialized brazing material for PDC and PCBN

Product description:

Series of low-melting, high-strength silver-based brazing material for polycrystalline diamond composite (PDC for short) tools and high-strength, low-defect copper- and silver-based brazing material for polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN for short) tools. The developed sandwich composite strip brazing material is specialized in brazing large-area workpieces, preventing cracks from occurring and providing significant cushioning against shock and vibration loads.

Application:

Used for brazing of CNC cutting tools, oil drills, geological drills, saw blades and other super-hard tools.

3. Specialized brazing material for the drilling tool industry

Product description:

In geological exploration and building foundation survey, drilling tools break rocks by mechanical methods, and the brazing quality of drilling tools is an important factor restricting the service life of drill bits. According to the working conditions of drilling tools and the brazing characteristics of drill bit manufacturing materials, special brazing consumables for drilling tools are developed, which are widely used in solid minerals, oil and gas, hydrogeology, engineering geology and geothermal drilling.

The brazing materials used for drilling tools are divided into four categories: cadmium-containing silver brazing material with low temperature and good brazing workmanship; cadmium-free silver brazing material with high strength and in line with the trend of environmental protection; copper brazing material with high brazing temperature and high strength; and impregnated alloys of copper-nickel-manganese-zinc and copper-nickel-manganese-tin in two series.

Application:

Cadmium-containing nickel-silver brazing material is used for auxiliary welding; cadmium-free nickel-silver brazing material is used for small drill bit welding; copper brazing material is used for cemented carbide welding; BAg series of brazing material is mainly used for diamond composite piece drill bit welding; impregnated alloy is suitable for sintering of petroleum carcass drill bits with different requirements.
